Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with ilean studios. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

International Shipping

ilean studios ships to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

ilean studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

ilean studios is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

ilean studios has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
