Processing time does not include shipping time.

ilean studios is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, ilean studios is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If tracking shows a package as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.

11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With original tags (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

12. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

• Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Limited edition or marked Final Sale items

No exceptions will be made unless required by law.

13. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ileanstudios@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it.
